These are just the ways my mother's orchids grew in her garden. She managed to make them look wild. My sisters continued her tradition of growing ferns and orchids into the tree trunks and rocks. I have to come back and examine the previous posts more closely.

HAHA Simon there is a place named that in the Hawkesbury! You may have noticed I have given up on naming things here ... it's a lot of work! Most of these are 'Rock Orchids' for now :)

Oh no! Kulu Voodoo in the rainforest again!

The rock orchids are the ones my parents have that didn't flower this year Ces! Usually they look spectacular! I'll photograph those from their garden next year ... :)

Ooooh! I love them even without flowers! I can dig it with the not naming thing, especially when time is short...gorgeous shots all and ALL WELL SPOTTED Anon....and they all look so healthy :)

Loved the bark shots too - scribbly and paper barks both very yummy!

There will be a couple of orchids with blooms ... eventually Lavender :) Time is insane at the moment and will go back and name the un-named plants eventually ... maybe next year! HAHHAHHAA

Wow, here I sit in my chilly and dark flat in London, it was dark by 4pm today and its probably going to freeze tonight, and there you are... in the warm...in the bright sunshine... everything growing... Sigh.

It won't be long before it all turns to dust in the heat and bush fires, Bird! Feel better Heehee? Most of the orchids flower in Winter ...

I love the leaves Anon. These orchids would be mine. Any flowering plant that gets planted in my garden refuses to flower at the right season, just like my hibiscus, did not bloom in the summer and now is blooming. My plants are weird just like me.

I think it's the Climate Change that is the weirdest Ces!
