There are 34 species currently called Callistemon. Botanists are currently studying these plants to determine how they are best classified because difficult to tell to which genus some species belong. I have done my best! Please correct me if find wrong naming.
All bottles look the same to me and I've seen a few. These aren't bad photos but I don't know why you've given them a double-vision effect.
You aren't a Botanist, you're Bottlepissed Mr Totties!
Wow! Wow! These photographs answered my own question about the berries. They were flower pods. I like the white ones. I would love to have this tree in the backyard. Have they been domesticated?
They are extremely hardy and easy to grow Ces with some even liking frost. The cultivar is usually a form of Callistemon viminalis or Callistemon citrinus is the most widely cultivated member of the genus both in Australia and overseas. Plants produced from cuttings (which usually strike readily) will produce genetically identical plants to the parent!
