Dragons and Shingle-back

Eastern Water Dragons are semi-aquatic lizards that are found along the east coast of Australia.

Shingle-back lizards are found in the southern half of Australia, except for eastern and south-eastern coastal areas.

The Frilled Neck Lizard is an Australian icon.

The Komodo Dragon can be found on the Indonesian Islands of Komodo, Rintja, Padar, Flores, Gili, Mota and Owadi Sami.

The bottom five images were taken by my son in a Zoo. The top three photos were out the back near water.

We used to have frillies in the backyard when we were kids and they looked like their bite would be septic, Simon!

These are good photos.

The only lizards I see are the ones between my tyre treads. I've got photos if you want to see.
