I wonder where they are.
There weren't many houses about, and these photographs arn't from the town centers. BUT remember CaptainModroom9, it was raining a lot and flood warnings wouldn't excite the locals to go fishing or boating... These images were taken between the rain after the third day and we fished in each spot :)
The tranquility of solitude, or at least four sharing solitude, is a restful thing. Wherever you go the fishio go.
That's right Captain Modroom9, wherever we went, the fish went away! Perhaps four spoiled the 'tranquility' HAHA :)

We also have our next gettaway destination planned but it will be a spare of the moment date fixed by immediate weather and a few hours to spare after work on a Saturday for Sunday's inclusion ;) Sydney seems to be clearing up ... slowly ...
No rain!
i was up there last week looking at buses for a client and it was sunny and the lake looked beautiful!! :o) I could actually get out of the car Anon!
That's an optical illusion ElizT! Even in the second image the blue sky was blown away in minutes to divulge rain!
I know Simon! Two days after we left, flood warnings ceased and it was sunny again!!! The weather also brightened in Sydney, but keeps changing its mind ... :) South next!
I AM jealous! I am doing nothing other than work- hence my blog is quiet :o((

Lots of work here too Simon, I'm working right now. Shhhhh! Only just feel like I've caught up since rainy holiday. We only go away if happily booked out for a good stretch because it means we only have to reject more work when back, if that makes sense HAAHAA. Brain scans this week confirmed I have a brain!
So THAT's the "Land of Lakes" the butter wrappers keep talking about!
