Outside, away from the verandah! HAHHAHHA
Time for a sit-down with a good book?
ANOTHER sit down ElizT? Hhehhheee, we did end up braving and venturing into the storms...
Really nice, cloudy skys.
Beautiful images, excellent reflection.
Thankyou Abraham Lincoln and Daniel J Santos. I'm starting to feel better about our very wet holiday :)
Das stürmen ist naß ya.
All of these are great SW captures.. thanks for sharing them
Tom
All are perfect stunners!
Ya, storms are wet Albrecht von Krappa!
Thanks Tom for hosting "Sky Watch"! I did a lot of that during my holiday last week ;)
Hhehheee, your comment "perfect stunners!" warms the cold Quintarantino :)
sit for awhile and enjoy the view.
All great captures.
Please come visit mine.
Great sky watch. I warm cup of tee and a good book will do too!
I'd been sitting and trying to see the view for the rain for four days now Me&MyPuppies :)
Hello Imac, thankyou!
Thanks Petunia, what a pretty name! I'd never drunk so many cuppas :)
Absolutely beautiful! Your slideshow is lovely as well.
Re your comment on my blog,we have a saying here,"Red sky in the morning, shepherd's warning, red sky at night, shepherd's delight.
Looks like a lovely place to live. Beautiful photos. Have a wonderful weekend.
I really like that second shot through the trees.
Ah yes Angie, I've heard that saying! We need a Shepherd's delight HERE! Thanks :)
Actually, I live HERE and we were on holidays on this creek which would look a lot more stunning with more light and less rain, EllenB :) Have a good weekend also! The weekend is very close already ... yay!
Thanks FishingGuy, I'd imagine you'd like to throw a line in ;)
wow! Wonderful shots! mine's up too, glad you could visit. Have a great weekend!
Beautiful place, beautiful shots. :)
Ida
By now I would have gone UTTERLY NUTS- jumped in my kayak and burned out to the mouth of the creek and back....even if it was storming ( then catching the flu probably)!!
:o)))
Thankyou SnapCatch and Ida :)
HAHHAHHAAA *manic laughter* keep your eye out for just that in next week's posts Simon ;)
Looks like a lovely place Anon. I bet it's even lovlier during a sunny day. I love the trees at the mouth of the creek. Er, you call this a creek? Down here, (up from you but down here with us) we call that a lake because we hardly have any body of water except man-made lakes and the gulf.
Haahaa, it's only a creek here Ces, and believe it or not we're in a drought! The body of water lying below the 'creek's mouth' in the fourth image is in fact a lake. The creek looks tiny compared ;)
This is so gorgeous ... your photos are exquisite, your blog beautiful, I adore it!!
OH Champ Townboy! You're bringing a blush of pink into this environment ;) Thankyou!
I love these! Those dry spells give you time to take out your camera, and I'm grateful!
Very nice photos, loved the first one especially!
A true paradise, SWF perfect and wonderful.
Hahhhaa, and time to ONLY take out my camera SandyCarlson - thanks :)
Thankyou Sherry! The first one was quite early in the morning...
Thankyou DeniseBC, I could get very used to all these wonderful compliments every Friday!
What a great place to spend some time at and relax. stunning photos
Wonderful photos!
What a gorgeous place!
Thankyou for your comments Lilli&Nevada and SoniaA.Mascaro :)
That's a great series and a good idea.
Very pretty though!
Nice place to live, I am sure!
Thankyou Babooshka! I was simply trying to photograph anything but rain ;)
Pretty in a grey sort of way Mary Stebbins Taitt :)
I'm sure the locals would have been even happier to see sun when it arrived, Scotty Graham - after the flood warnings ;)
