The Captain of the vessel has a firm hand on the tiller of reason and prefers not to sail in the rain.
That's right Captain Modroom9, if you're talking about ME and not the hairy one grasping a motor ;)
You're not a captain because you're not in a sailing vessel. But you have also avoided sailing in the rain by being a land-lubber.
I may not be a Captain of a sailing vessel, but I'm most certainly Captain of those vessels who so desperately want to go fishing!
