Part of the Barracks and what used to be an Obstacle Course. There are a LOT more obstacles now!

The stairs are great and of course tried walking up them Simon. They obviously haven't been used for a very long time. The bush reclaiming space like in other places in Australia ... :)

The trees look ancient. It looks sad. Many brave soldiers walked there. Many heroes and patriots.

It was sad walking Ces, particularly through the 'Obstacle Course' where men were encouraged to practise teamwork etc.

What's the tree doing in the middle of those beams? Looks like it is a recent growth. Some of the trees look ancient and mysterious. That would be nice to draw.

The new trees are just being 'obstacles' Ces, but you're right about others being ancient :)
