Skywatching Pitstop

During the morning winter drive to outer Sydney, Australia. The rain stopped long enough to stretch our legs and view steam from the valleys.

Ooops, rain on the lens. Back into the car!

Oh Anony, great pictures! Wonderful landscape! Cool trees and fog, the rain, pleasant temperature... Ah what a delight for a Central European enduring 25°C!
(But I love summer!)
You are right: Our mountain was good for the legs! About 1500 meters up and then down again...
D'ora is recovered! Thanx for caring! :)

Oh good enjoy the ride Shoshana!! Thankyou, but have little time with all my Skywatching ;)

Hheee, thanks Maria :) The temperature WASN'T pleasant!!! It's very windy, but not as much as where I live on the coast :) Thank you!

Oh these are steamily dinosauricly atmospheric and I like the portal in the sky in the last photo.

Hheheee, might have to jump into that portal to escape the dinosaurs Captain Modroom9 :)

You not only showcase the sky, I felt like you also captured the atmosphere. Well done.

Love that mistly Blue Mountains weather (I think you are in the mountains?). At first I thought the top photos were b&w.

I really like your skywatch posts. This is absolutely incredible. The sky offers us a magnificent chance to ponder on the earth's glory. Each cloud formation is in itself a wonder, consdering it is composed of gas, just like the gas I am spewing now :-)

Incredible views with the steam rising. Beautiful photos! Thanks for stopping by earlier.

Thankyou for your comment Ewok1993. I have accomplished what I set out to do :)

Hello Ann! We're on our way up through Galston Road which is a different direction from the Blue Mountains. It's misty most places around Sydney now! I tried to bring some of the greenery out to avoid the black and white result ;)

CES! You are polluting our previously clean sky with your cut and paste comment! Hheheee. STOP IT! *vomit*

Thankyou for returning with your visit April. Thanks!

WOW! You are my inspiration.

I'm an expert at spewing, Ces ;)

Unfortunately Tom is on bed rest today and for the first time you are stuck with me. I have my orders to visit as many as I can, and make sure the links are working and everyone is being good. I am sure you are all being good.
Tom and I thank you for Sky-Watching this week. I am sure that as soon as Tom's heart beat settles down he will be back here and visiting.

Steaming stuff, birdy! Why you couldn´t just say that the raindrop in the last one was the sun with heavy clouds in front. I could have believed that.
