Happy SWF! We had the sky up there, all speckled with stars, and we used to lay on our backs and look up at them, and discuss about whether they was made or only just happened... mine's up too hope you can drop by.

Thanks for your comment DanielJSantos :)

You sound like a dying seagull Albrecht von Krappa!! It does however suit the dramatic grey sky... ;)

Thankyou Sandpiper and Jenn!!!

I wouldn't dream of singing a response to this great photo! Enough to say thank you for this view of that intriguing opera house against that enormous, very serious looking sky.

These are great. The sky is dramatic and ominous in these photos. Nice captures.

i have never cruising in wet weather.....i love sunny days to get cruising but from your photo its not too bad.....opera seem more wet and quite by the weather...

Albrecht von Krappa sounds very happy. I think this is one of the most recognizable edifice or structure in the world. There is nothing quite like it. Love the dark sky. I feel cold. I want my raincoat and jacket.

WOW! Great sky and Opera House! SUPER shots!

Hahaa, the sky is VERY serious SandyCarlson :) Thanks for not singing, I haven't recovered from the last song yet ;)

Thankyou Sherry and Mary Stebbins Taitt :))

The harbour was very quiet that day even with the Opera House in it Fotobyraj!

You mean you came here without a raincoat and warm jacket Ces!?! You should know better by now ;)

Lovely shots. Wouldn't it be nice to see some blue sky for a while. I was down that way yesterday hoping the sun would stay out but it was grey and cloudy again.

You can see that weather building in the skies of beautiful Sydney Harbour. Great photos.

Enjoyed my Blog travels around the world to see the sky! Quite lovely.

It's only the beginning of winter Ann, so we should get used to it by the end ... :( Heehee Thanks!

The weather is daily building skyscrapers Suzanne! I guess seeing the harbour as "beautiful" makes the foreshadowing not so ominous... ;)

Its fun isn't it Jennifer! Welcome to Australia :))

Had to come back and say that I love the way your name shows up as Anonymous when you comment. I had that sinking gut feeling of OH NO it's going to be something bad because they don't use their name. How funny to realize that it was YOU! Not a stranger with a bone to pick! Thanks for the relieved giggle!

The first time I saw these fantastic shots, I couldn´t write
anything. I adore them so much.
Today I just say: SUPER PHOTOS of the Opera House I love.
Just to hear Richard Wagner in such an Opera House and die!

HAHA, thanks Ematejoca, that's quite a compliment :) The acoustics actually aren't that great inside...
