Bang!

Bang!

In 1906 the One O'clock Gun daily fired so sailors could set their ship's chronometers correctly. The firing stopped during WWII so as not to alarm residents but resumed in 1986. We almost jumped out of our skins at one!

Lovely photos, the rain may not be fun but it is delightfully moody in the pix! Have a good Sunday.

We may be going to the ZOO with our grandkids!

Thankyou Lavender :) I felt the ground under my feet shake and the sky up above vibrated! Actually, my youngest almost fell down some stairs with fright :O

Hhahhaaa, it WAS done Chrome3D!

Thanks Mary Stebbins Taitt :) You're going to have to put up with 'moody' photographs for another week while I edit this weekend's BLUE SKIED images ;)

I like all the people standing in the rain to watch it. Maybe they're hoping it's going to shoot the Sydney Opera House and blow it up.

I can't think of any other reason why they would all be huddled there Tony LaRocca! They might just be sheep... ;)
