Even with the hustle and bustle of Australia Day Celebrations, there are quiet places in the city to retreat.
I love those little critters but can't work out what they are? I thought they were pot bellied pigs for a moments and then realised I was wrong. What are they Anon?
Looks like everyone has been having a great time... including some poms! ha ha
Those are wombats Miladysa! I think those Poms became Australians that day hehehhee ...
No, it doesn't look like you are having any fun at all. Really, can't you kick it up a notch? LOL! I absolutely love that fountain with the cranes -- gorgeous! And the birds snagging the McD's -- free lunch! :) I want a wallaby.
Ah, I love gardens! Lovely pictures, wish I could see them!
I mean see the actual gardens, be there.
wombats make me happy ^_^ lol it looks like a nice rest from the people.
ryn: of course I have fangs! duh. lol
And a wombat.
Interesting most of you could only comment in the quiet of the gardens HAHA!!
Melissa, I love that fountain also, think it's my favourite in the city. You can't have a wallaby if you're over there and would have to set it free eventually if over here :)
HAHHAA, knew what you meant Mary Stebbins Taitt ;)
There's always a quiet spot to be found. Used to be an expert at finding them when worked in the city Shadow Lor :)
I KNEW THAT Ryn!
Womats are pretty big Melissa! And smelly.
Ha ha ha! Wombats look like kitten-hippos! What funny creatures! Ha ha ha ha!
They aren't THAT funny looking Princess Peppercloud! Hhehehhheee
What a beautiful garden park. Those wombats are so cute. Australia has many strange animals. Do people eat wombats?
No, I don't know anyone who has tried eating a wombat Ces, the smell probably put them off!
