Fun! We didn't get fireworks here, as far as I know. Too cold!

It's a yearly Sydney event here, blowing lots of money up into the air!

Wow, I just looked at all of these. They're wonderful. I love all of the lights and the fireworks, the reflections, the silhouettes of the boats in front of the fireworks display! Great stuff. Did you shoot the fireworks on manual, or use a setting?

I was being experimental in the dark with camera settings Red Mojo, but like using 'AV' for moving night shots. There is also a night setting but whether I used it in the dark or not I don't know, it's right next to Auto! Last year's shots I did all the right things with speed and light but this year had more of a party :)

A great big barbie Modroom! Hope no sausages burnt!

Waaa! You've posted a lot! Love the new pics! What a beautiful firework! We had one here, for the opening of the 400th anniversary of Quebec City. I saw it on teevee since I slept through it.... :) It was beautiful here too! But I have no pic. T'was to cold for me to go there anyway.... And 15,000 people... a bit too much! :)

And Celine Dion is giving a free show on the Plains of Abraham, near one of our Museum, this Summer.... Can you guess how many people will be there? waaaaaaaaa! At least 4,676,098,876 people! 8-)

HAHAHAH more to come MerlinPrincesse :) There were a million people at Sydney Harbour on New Years but they are dispersed when it's fireworks showing. A music concert is different, I squash easily!
