Our old Prime Minister liked throwing boat people overboard heehee. We're hoping to do a houseboat stay for a weekend soon Mary Stebbins Taitt :)
Yes I have Modroom. Australia's 200th birthday on this water, I got second degree burns from the sun. We were waiting for fireworks and not even sailing anywhere!
Brings new meaning to the word boat people. Love the way you 'Tampa' with the images (ok bad pun!). I once spent NYE in Reknown Bay on the harbout in a clipper -faaaaaabulous.
HhAHAHHAAA Baino! I think every Aussie should try New Years at least once on the Harbour which isn't too difficult to do with so many that own boats! My sailig days are over after almost drowning several times in the Heads with an extreme sportsman! HAHA.
ha ha.... I used to sail every weekend with my uncle from middle harbour Yaught club......until I got so violently ill one day and nearly fell overboard...
Heeheee Simon, OH the memories of sea sickness or sun stroke! Watching fireworks is pretty safe as long as you don't wait three days to keep an excellent possie for midnight! Hhehheeee. Oh blah, I'm feeling queazy ...

We have boat people here, too, but only in the summer.
I have a friend whose daughter lives year round on her boat, but they live further south.
Have you been sailing in a boat, you have hav'nt you. Either way, it looks like a great way to see in the New Year!
