The year is still newish Simon, only four days later I've recovered from last year :)

Ooops, that's right it's school holidays! I'm amazed there was water space at the Hawkesbury. A good pie can do wonders!

your new years shots have been fabulous anony, i can't multitask and i'm afraid i love fireworks too much to hold a camera still to take pics! we had brilliant fireworks at coffs this year, but i have loved watching the coathanger and fireworks through your eyes, thanks for sharing, kyles

HAHAH it isn't easy photographing and watching fireworks at the same time, luckily they went for as long as they did, Kyles ;) Coffs had great fireworks from what I remember! Each display envelopes it's own environment :)

More gone.... *sniff* Hehhehe! :)

MerlinPrincesse, maximise this window to fit screen, click on the 'January' tab in the sidebar, let the images load, then scroll from the bottom of the page to the top! It's like another firework show! HAHA!! Don't forget to turn out the lights ;)

LOL! What fun! Cool pix. I think it would be fun to draw.

Mary Stebbins Taitt, it would be easier to paint, just squirt paint out of sauce bottles! Heehee

Thanks for the fireworks, the only one I saw because we were in for the new year, recuperating.

Recuperating from Christmas Ces? The two do seem to blur into one :)

That's the way the fireworks look after a bit of partying!

HAPPY FREAKING NEW YEAR!!! YEAH!! lol. I spent new years at home with my bf ;) we watched the ball drop in NYC, which is pretty cool, I haven't done that since the millenium. it looks like you had a killer show! *slightly jealous*

ryn: thanks. it's a new style for me, and i wasn't certain how it'd fit.

Anonymous said...

Yep, nothing like blowing things up for the New Year Shadowlor! Dropping a Ball sounds like a Hellcat game };-}

Ryn, your new style doesn't need to fit, it's in a class of its own!

It must have been louder than a big fart in a tin bucket.

Like that sound coming out of you Mr Totties!

speaking of styles, i wrote a happy song as a request for someone online. a freaking happy song!! it almost killed me. blargh...

ryn: if i had my way, i would never be up when it was light out lol. i hate being awake during the day!

A somewhat belated happy new year to you too!

I love the red balls, followed by the blue balls, of fire.

Hope there were NO ducks about or at least they were good at ducking Shadowlor! A HAPPY song!?! NO .... really? MWHAHAHHAAA I'm speechless!

Ryn, I'm convinced you have vampire fangs!

Hello Caroline!!! WONDERFUL to hear from you again :) The red followed by blue is most dramatic!
