Oh they are lovely Anon, Hats off to you! And such wonderful mature gum trees too - which look to be a good distance from the house - Best of both worlds! ;)
Shall I serve some tea under your marquee?

It's been a good year for the orchids Lavender, and the best time to photograph the backyard! Tea would be lovely, thank you :) So long as it isn't like the tea served next door on the Artwork Anonymous blog! Spring HAS Sprung!

I already know that I am going to love this series. Beautiful home and garden Anon. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Ces, if you look really closely around the middle, Jack is waving from his Castle! On the left is the barbecue area and right the studio. Let me fill that teacup for you :)

I just discovered that there are several people out there in blogland using MY nickname of Lunatica and they are ALL crazeeeee. So, I going to use my name name. Just mentioning this so you all don't confuse me with anyone else!

What a nice little cottage, you have, Anony.

Fall is only on the 21rst.... We still have a few days of Summer left, Perriette!
Anon! I can see Jack!!!!! :)

That sounds exciting Ces, but we REALLY must finish our delightful tea first :)

Be my guest and bury your head under a flower pot Perriette

Thank you Ophelia Grim for your kind comment. Although such a NICE comment does make me wonder whether you are a lunatic only pretending to be Lunatica!

YES Jack is waving and screeching and bobbing up and down MerlinPrincesse!

In Australia the conventional Northern Hemisphere seasonal names begin on the first of each month. 1st September - Spring; 1st December - Summer; 1st March - Autumn; 1st June - Winter.

I am not kind, but thank you.

The seasons don't need calenders to tell them when they are here and I don't need one either.

No you normally aren't kind Ophelia Grim which is why I'm screaming IMPOSTER!

Bite me, you old hag!

Hhehehhhehheeee! I do NOT have a foamy beak!

Looks foamy to me but I may need glasses.

i love your yard, anon. i am going to like this series too, especially your titles. what comes after butter--toast??

Anonymous said...

Thank you KJ :) You will just have to wait for what is after Melting Butter and it's NOT scrambled eggs or toast. In fact, you wouldn't like to eat it at all. A new orchid every two days, no peeking ...

That is because the seasons are following the equinoxes and solstices! :) BUT Perriette is right! No need of a calandar! Hheheh! This year, we had a little bit of each saaxon in each season... Meaning a bit or Winter in Summer and Fall and a bit of Fall in Sr;ing etc etc etc... NOW I dunderstand why you say that Spring has sprung...Hhehehe...

LET ME ENJOY MY SPRING TIME! You are all just jealous, but forget you have Halloween and wintry chills soon which we don't ever get in Australia (okay we did get your winter to a much greater degree this year). So sit back and TRY to enjoy MY SPRING! I do agree MerlinPrincesse, the whole world should rename their seasons ... cup of tea?

merlinprincesse said...

With a cloud of milk, please! :)

OMG, OMG, OMG!!! I am speechless for a change!!!!!!

Plenty of clouds MerlinPrincesse, very difficult for photographing orchids!

Try not to stuff a whole scone in at once Albina!
