Can you see the tiny Lady smiling over her left shoulder at a child or child sized doll (compared to her size) with green hair and horns? She is dressed nicely and has a grace in her stance as she balances on the bottom of the window frame.
This is her smiling head if you can't see her.

She is friends with SKULLS! Look at the top right!!!
See the face of a doll-like old woman with big hair? Now I'm seeing dolls everywhere!
The left window panes have someone wearing a Kimono. There's Miss Piggy in the top center pane! Below her is an Asian doll, clown and cupie/smurf doll. Top right pane has the motion of a doll shaking her head to her right with, "No!". Below that a very sad child.
This is REALLY pushing it ... the drain pipe appears to be a hunched man carrying a doll on his shoulder.
